Boosts
// What boosts are
VentryBoost is the credit you spend to increase the resource envelope of an application — for example, higher API call rates, more storage, larger license caps, or stricter security policies. Boosts are bought once and applied per application; your account carries an overall balance.
// Buying boosts
buyBoostsButton on the /settings page opens a Stripe Checkout session. After payment, the boosts appear in your balance and become available to apply.
// Applying boosts
Apply boosts from an application's App Settings page (AppBoostLevel). The widget shows the active boosts on the app, your remaining account balance and a confirmation before the boost is consumed.
// History
BoostHistoryTable appears in two places — on /settingsfor the global account-wide history, and on each application's App Settings page for the per-application history. Each row shows the date, the boost type, the cost and who triggered it.
// Refunds
Boosts are non-refundable through the dashboard. If you need a refund (for example, after an accidental purchase), open a payment dispute through your Stripe receipt or contact support.
